I made this for a local wood turning competition the criteria an acorn box i took the first prize it measures 190 mm long and 100 mm in diameter, inside are three more acorn boxes all with a screw thread. Made from ash stained green with a cherry base followed by idigbo with a laburnum base and then elder with a African black wood base and the smallest Indian rosewood with a elder base.
